The Atomic energy commission (COMENA) and the Algerian society for radiation oncology (ASRO) are organizing the 3rd<\/sup> ASRO international congress from june 20 to 22, 2025, at the nuclear research center of Algiers.<\/p>\n

The congress will focus on advances and challenges in radiotherapy.<\/p>\n

The themes of the 3rd<\/sup> Congress are\u00a0:<\/p>\n

– ENT cancers: Exploring the latest research and treatments in head and neck cancers.<\/p>\n

– Quality assurance in radiotherapy: Highlighting practices and standards to guarantee the quality and safety of radiotherapy treatments.<\/p>\n

– Regulation in radiotherapy: discussion of current policies and regulations governing the practice of radiotherapy.<\/p>\n

– Artificial intelligence in radiotherapy: Innovations and applications of AI to improve treatment accuracy and efficacy.<\/p>\n

– Supportive care in oncology: Approaches to improving patients’ quality of life through supportive care.<\/p>\n

Conditions of participation are specified in the \u201cCall for papers\u201d.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT: At the request of national professionals, the deadline for abstract submission has been extended to April 30, 2025<\/u>.<\/p>\n
