The Atomic energy commission (COMENA) and the Algerian society for radiation oncology (ASRO) are organizing the 3rd ASRO international congress from june 20 to 22, 2025, at the nuclear research center of Algiers.
The congress will focus on advances and challenges in radiotherapy.
The themes of the 3rd Congress are :
– ENT cancers: Exploring the latest research and treatments in head and neck cancers.
– Quality assurance in radiotherapy: Highlighting practices and standards to guarantee the quality and safety of radiotherapy treatments.
– Regulation in radiotherapy: discussion of current policies and regulations governing the practice of radiotherapy.
– Artificial intelligence in radiotherapy: Innovations and applications of AI to improve treatment accuracy and efficacy.
– Supportive care in oncology: Approaches to improving patients’ quality of life through supportive care.
Conditions of participation are specified in the “Call for papers”.
IMPORTANT: At the request of national professionals, the deadline for abstract submission has been extended to April 30, 2025.
